Telegram alerts only fire when current SGT time is inside an enabled session. Each 15M session has its own toggle flip a session off to silence its alerts (signals still log to CSV). Times in 24-hour SGT. Sessions can cross midnight (e.g. New York 20:00 to 05:00).
